Healthy mealtimes start with curiosity, not pressure.
This 3-hour therapy group supports school-aged children to build positive relationships with food in a relaxed, supportive environment. Through pressure-free food exploration, group discussions and peer-based activities, children are encouraged to engage with new foods at their own pace while building confidence and reducing anxiety around mealtimes. The focus is on developing healthy habits, expanding food acceptance and creating positive associations with eating, without stress or expectation.
