Our Social Connection Group for autistic and neurodivergent preteens will be returning in Term 3.
This small, supportive program is designed to help children build confidence, develop friendships and support emotional wellbeing in a safe, inclusive space where they are encouraged to be themselves.

Program focus
Preteens will be supported to:
- Build social confidence
- Develop meaningful peer connections
- Strengthen communication skills
- Learn emotional regulation strategies
- Understand their strengths and identity
Activities are interest-based, flexible and adapted to each child’s sensory and communication needs.
Who is this suitable for?
- Autistic preteens (approx. ages 9–12). No formal diagnosis required.
- Neurodivergent children (including ADHD, anxiety and social communication differences).
- Children who find social situations overwhelming.
- Children who benefit from gentle, structured social opportunities.
