School holiday Therapy Groups

Fine & Gross Motor Skills

Registrations for July school holidays now open!

Movement skills are the building blocks for confidence, independence and everyday participation.

Our fine and gross motor skills development groups are designed for children aged 3–10, with tailored programs that meet the developmental needs of each age group. Younger children (3–6) engage in play-based activities that support movement, coordination, sensory regulation and social participation, helping build early school readiness in a fun and supportive environment.

Older children (7–10) take part in more structured activities that strengthen coordination, regulation, independence and confidence for school and everyday life. Across both groups, children are supported to grow at their own pace, celebrate their strengths, and build skills in our purpose-built therapy gym.

Confidence in movement

Children develop coordination and body awareness, helping them feel more capable in everyday activities and play.

Skills for everyday tasks

Skills developed translate into real-life tasks like handwriting, dressing, play and classroom participation.

Play-based learning

A supportive environment where children build skills through fun, guided movement and exploration.
