Building Emotional Regulation in Preteens
The preteen years can bring new social, emotional and everyday challenges as children learn to manage bigger feelings and growing independence. This supportive group for ages 9–12 helps children strengthen emotional awareness, build coping strategies and feel more confident navigating emotions in everyday situations. Through engaging activities and guided support, preteens can explore emotions in a way that feels safe, practical and empowering.
Healthy Mealtime Habits
Trying new foods can feel overwhelming for some children, especially when mealtimes become stressful or unpredictable. This 3-hour therapy group gives school-aged children the chance to explore food in a relaxed, pressure-free setting while building confidence, curiosity and more positive mealtime experiences. With guided activities and peer interaction, children are encouraged to engage with food in ways that feel safe, supported and achievable.
Fine & Gross Motor Skills
Strong movement skills help children feel more confident navigating everyday play, learning and independence. Our fine and gross motor groups for children aged 3–10 are tailored to different developmental stages, with younger children building foundational skills through play-based activities and older children developing coordination, confidence and independence through more structured tasks. Each group supports children to grow at their own pace in a fun and encouraging environment.
