We are taking expressions of interest for our April School Holidays.
If you are interested in any of the groups below, please fill out the form. Expressions of Interest close on the 8th of March. After this date we will contact you with proposed days and costs.
Therapy Group for Picky Eaters (Aged 6-9 years)
Does your child struggle with mealtimes? Are they hesitant to try new foods, avoid certain textures, or have a limited diet? Our Occupational Therapy Group is designed to support children in exploring food in a fun, pressure-free, and engaging environment!
Sensory-based food exploration to help kids feel comfortable with different textures, smells, and tastes
Play-based activities that encourage curiosity and confidence around food
Practical strategies for parents to support mealtimes at home.
A supportive group setting where kids learn and grow together.
Who is this group for?
This group is ideal for children who:
🔹 Are selective eaters or avoid certain food groups
🔹 Have sensory sensitivities to textures, smells, or tastes
🔹 Experience anxiety around new foods
🔹 Need support to build positive mealtime experiences

Who is this group for?
This group is ideal for children who:

OT Therapy Group for Little Food Explorers (Aged 4 years and under)
Is your toddler struggling with new foods? Do they refuse certain textures, have difficulty chewing, or get overwhelmed at mealtimes? Our Occupational Therapy Group is designed for children to develop confidence and curiosity with food in a fun, sensory-friendly way!
What We Offer:
Sensory food play to encourage exploration without pressure
Hands-on activities to build confidence with different textures, colours, and Flavors
Parent coaching & strategies to support stress-free mealtimes at home.
A supportive environment where little ones learn through play.

This group is ideal for toddlers who:

OT Groups- Fine Motor Fun! (Aged 5-10 years)
Helping Kids Develop Strong Hands for Learning & Play!
Does your child struggle with handwriting, using scissors, or fastening buttons? Our Fine Motor OT Therapy Group is designed for children aged 5-10 years (children will break into age groups) to strengthen their hand skills in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment!
What We Offer:
Fun, hands-on activities to improve pencil control, cutting, and self-care skills.
Games & exercises to strengthen finger and hand muscles
Practical strategies to support fine motor development at home and school. A supportive group setting where kids can build confidence in their skills
Who is this group for?
This group is ideal for children who:
🔹 Struggle with handwriting, pencil grip, or letter formation
🔹 Have difficulty using scissors or manipulating small objects
🔹 Find tasks like buttoning, zipping, or tying shoelaces tricky
🔹 Need extra support to build hand strength and coordination
Wednesday and Thursday 23rd and 24th of April

Helping Kids with ADHD & Emotional Regulation Thrive!
Does your child struggle with focus, managing emotions, or staying calm in challenging situations? Our Occupational Therapy Group is designed for children who need support with attention, emotional regulation, and self-control in a fun and practical group setting!
What We Offer:
Strategies to improve focus & attention in school and daily life. Practical tools for managing big emotions like frustration, anxiety, and impulsivity.
Mindfulness, movement, and sensory activities to support self-regulation. Social skills coaching to navigate friendships and group settings. A safe and supportive environment where kids can connect and grow.

This group is ideal for children who:
🔹 Have ADHD or struggle with focus and attention
🔹 Get overwhelmed by emotions and need support to regulate them
🔹 Find it hard to manage frustration, impulsivity, or anxiety
🔹 Benefit from learning practical coping skills in a group setting.
