A Neuroaffirming School Holiday Program

Greenhouse Paediatrics is offering a small, supportive 2-Day Social Connection Group designed specifically for autistic and neurodivergent preteens.

This program supports children to build confidence, friendships, and emotional wellbeing in a safe, inclusive environment where they can feel understood and be themselves.

Session days and times

  • WHEN: 14th & 15th April
  • TIME: 9:30am – 12:30pm (1 or 2 days)
  • WHERE: Greenhouse Paediatrics, Perth
  • WHO: Small, supportive group (limited places)
  • Neuroaffirming & sensory-considerate
  • Designed specifically for autistic & neurodivergent preteens (ages 9–12)

Program Focus

Preteens will be supported to:

  • Build social confidence
  • Develop meaningful peer connections
  • Strengthen communication skills
  • Learn emotional regulation strategies
  • Understand their strengths and identity

Activities are interest-based, flexible, and adapted to each child’s sensory and communication needs.

 Who Is This Suitable For?

  • Autistic preteens (approx. ages 9–12) No Formal Diagnosis required
  • Neurodivergent children (including ADHD, anxiety, and social communication differences)
  • Children who find social situations overwhelming
  • Children who benefit from gentle, structured social opportunities
