At Greenhouse we receive a very high volume of calls. We have engaged an AI Voice Agent, called Tria, to manage incoming calls relating to new Developmental Paediatrician appointments.

The aim of this system is to gather important information from incoming calls, and relay this information to our appointment team. Information gathered is kept only at Greenhouse Paediatrics, and access is granted only to the appointment team.

This is a valuable service for the staff at Greenhouse, as it allows them to easily see the families we can help, creating an efficient booking process.

We take your privacy and confidentiality seriously, and we understand that sharing your information is only appropriate when done so confidentially, with your permission and in the support of our service provision.

In the course of your appointment, your clinician may use an AI Scribe, like Lyrebird or Heidi.

These are AI tools helping clinicians to efficiently record accurate clinical notes during a patient’s consultation.

The scribe will listen in the background, capturing only the relevant details relating to clinical documentation requirements. These details are then transcribed into text and sent to your Clinician’s Medical Records.

The transcription is performed exclusively in Australia.

Audio files are destroyed immediately after transcription.

The transcription is redacted of sensitive, personal identifying detail and is encrypted before being stored.

Only your clinician can access this content.

At the discretion of the clinician, data may be stored temporarily by the scribe supplier.
