Dr Paul Wallman

General Paediatrician

Paul is a General Pediatrician and brings nearly 20 years of pediatric experience to his role at Greenhouse Paediatrics. Following fellowship in neurorehabilitation and disability care, he now works in both hospital and private paediatrics, focusing on complex cases involving behavioral challenges associated with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and adolescent health.

Preferring a collaborative approach to healthcare, Dr. Wallman is dedicated to supporting children and families navigating unique health needs. Outside of his practice, he enjoys any sports, cooking and whisky.

Dr Annie O'Donnell

Sleep and respiratory paediatrician

Annie is a Sleep and Respiratory Paediatrician with a PhD in Asthma Genetics, who has extensive experience in both the private and public setting in managing the full range of sleep and respiratory issues in children of all ages. Annie is currently Medical Lead of the Sleep Disorders Unit at Perth Children’s Hospital and Co-director of the private Paediatric sleep study service run by Western Australia Sleep.

Annie completed medical and paediatric training in Brisbane, respiratory and sleep training and a PhD in Perth and then spent two years gaining additional experience in paediatric sleep and respiratory medicine in Philadelphia, USA and Calgary, Canada before returning to Perth in 2004 to establish a busy private practice as well as work at PMH/PCH. Annie is mum of three teenage children and enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.  

Dr Susan Fairbrother

Paediatrician

Susan brings over a decade of experience from her time as a Consultant in the emergency department at the Children’s Hospital. Originally from New Zealand, she moved to Perth for her paediatric training and has since dedicated her career to children’s health.

Beyond emergency care, Dr. Fairbrother has worked with the Child Development Service, supporting children with complex needs. A passionate supporter of the All Blacks and all things New Zealand, she brings warmth and expertise to her practice, valued by both families and colleagues.

Dr Veena Judge

sleep and respiratory Paediatrician

Veena is a Sleep and Respiratory Paediatrician with over 25 years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of all aspects of Sleep and Respiratory issues in childhood. She works as a consultant at the Sleep Disorders Unit at Perth Children’s Hospital and is Co-director of the private paediatric sleep study service run by Western Australia Sleep.

Veena completed her medical and Paediatric training in Perth, gaining further Paediatric experience and commencing her Phd in Oxford, UK. She completed her Phd on returning to Perth. Veena is the mother of two boys who enjoys hiking, gardening and travelling with her family.

Dr Janki Deshmukh

developmental & general Paediatrician

Janki is a specialist in Developmental and Behavioural Paediatrics with an interest in, neurodevelopment disorders, learning difficulties, developmental delay, FASD, Autism, ADHD and anxiety. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and a member of the RACP Chapter of Community Child Health. She has also completed a Master of Public Health from the University of Newcastle.

Janki is working as a Consultant Paediatrician with the Child Development Services. She is a member of the Neurodevelopmental and Behavioural Paediatric Society of Australasia. She is trained in formal Autism assessment tools as well as developmental assessment tools. Her approach is comprehensive, thorough and strengths based.

Janki is also a fully qualified General Paediatrician. She completed her paediatric training at the Princess Margaret (Now Perth children’s) Hospital after graduating in India. She has over 15 years of experience working in Australia.

She has a wealth of knowledge and experience working with patients, families and services in the community. Outside of work, Janki enjoys reading, music and spending time with family.

Our Allied Health Team

Tasha Alach

clinical leader

Tasha Alach is the Clinic Lead of Greenhouse Paediatrics, bringing over 25 years of experience an Executive leader in the Disability sector in Western Australia, Tasha has led large multi-disciplinary allied health teams delivering comprehensive support to people with Autism, their families and communities.

As an Occupational therapist, Tasha is passionate about implementing strategies to drive change to ensure children get access to early diagnostic assessment and intervention.   Her work is centred on creating supportive & inclusive environments where autistic and neurodiverse children can thrive, and she brings extensive expertise in areas such as complex behaviour, autism, ADHD, PDA, sensory processing, and complex communication challenges.

Tasha has written several books and publications aimed at supporting parents, educators, and community organizations in fostering inclusive and neuro-affirming practices for children with autism. She has collaborated with schools and communities across Australia and internationally to create inclusive, evidence-based strategies and has trained numerous professionals in implementing these approaches.

Josie Page

Occupational therapist

Josie has a special interest in working with children in their early developmental and early school years. She enjoys working collaboratively with the children’s families and have a passion for motor skill development, handwriting, sensory processing and regulation. Josie loves bringing a neuro-affirming, fun and play based element to therapy sessions to help children reach their full potential. She loves working with kids as they provide so much fun and creativity.

When not working, Josue is training for marathon swimming events, and always looking for exciting long distance swims around the world. She enjoys sharing her passion for swimming with kids and helping provide an opportunity for them to thrive within their communities. 

Hayley Heaney

Occupational therapist

Hayley is an Occupational Therapist with a background in nutrition and a special interest in feeding, emotional regulation, and sensory processing. She is dedicated to family-centered practice and working collaboratively with families to leverage the child’s strengths.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, cooking, and watching her two younger boys play soccer.

Natalie Leishman

Occupational therapist

Natalie is an occupational therapist with a passion for working with neurodivergent kids and adolescents, and their families.

She specialises in supporting school aged children and teenagers to recognise their strengths to increase their independence and build their executive functioning skills, as well as their confidence and sense of self. Natalie enjoys working with parents and families, and teachers to help create and support a holistic and supportive environment for kids and their families to thrive. Outside of work, Nat is usually found at the beach or a local playground kicking the footy with, or chasing, her two young sons and puppy, spending time with family and friends or ‘enjoying’ a session at the gym.

Megan Lindus

Occupational therapist

Megan Lindus has always been passionate about helping children learn, grow, and thrive. Her journey began in the classroom, where she spent several years as a primary school teacher, guiding young learners and supporting their development. While she loved teaching, Megan soon discovered a deeper calling — to work more closely with children and their families to support not just learning, but every part of daily life.

This led Megan to retrain as an Occupational Therapist, where she combined her teaching experience with new skills in child development, psychology, and therapy. With over 10 years of combined experience in teaching and occupational therapy, Megan now brings a unique perspective to her role: she understands how children learn, how they play, and what they need to feel confident and included.

Megan has worked with children and young people from ages 3 to 17, supporting them in areas such as sensory processing, emotional regulation, self-care, play, and fine and gross motor development. She has also been involved in school readiness programs, helping children make a smooth and supported transition into the classroom.

Families often describe Megan as warm, compassionate, and collaborative. She values working alongside parents, carers, teachers, and other professionals to create practical, evidence-based strategies that help children succeed across home, school, and community settings.

When she’s not working, Megan loves living near the coast in Scarborough and enjoying the outdoors — a reflection of her belief that learning and growth happen best when children feel safe, connected, and inspired.

Giordana Granato

Speech pathologist

Giordana is a dedicated Speech Pathologist with a focus on enhancing children’s communication skills. Her expertise spans fluency, early language development, speech sound acquisition, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).

Giordana is committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment, working closely with families to make therapy both effective and enjoyable. Outside of work, she values quality time with family and friends, finding joy in shared experiences and outdoor activities like soccer, swimming, and bike riding. Her holistic approach to development drives her dedication to making a lasting, meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.

Brooke Ripepi

Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Brooke is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist with over eight years of experience supporting children and families. She is works with children with developmental delays, complex disabilities, neurodivergence, trauma backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Brooke has undertaken extensive training in early childhood intervention, sensory processing, and childhood anxiety, and brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her work.

Her therapy embraces a whole-body and regulation-focused approach, always aiming to support the child as a whole person. Brooke values collaboration and works closely with the child, their family, and key people in their lives to ensure a holistic and individualised therapy experience. She is also passionate about advocacy and education, having delivered numerous  training sessions for both parents and professionals. Brooke is committed to empowering families and helping children thrive in their everyday environments.

Natalie Deverneuil

Clinical psychologist

Natalie has been working as a clinical psychologist for the last 23 years in the area of anxiety and complex trauma.  She believes that no person diagnosed, whether neurotypical or neuro-divergent, is the same as the next. However, she believes that what is common, is that everyone has their own unique strengths, and that recognising, developing and using these strengths leads to empowerment and overcoming barriers.

Natalie is a consultant clinical psychologist with extensive experience managing children across all age groups.  Natalie runs her own private practice, leading a team of psychologists and is part of our Autism Diagnostic Team, working in collaboration with our paediatricians.

Cele Richardson

Clinical psychologist

Cele is a Clinical Psychologist and Psychology Board of Australia Approved Supervisor. In addition to her clinical work, Cele holds an academic position (Senior Lecturer) at the University of Western Australia, where she is undertaking a National Health and Medical Research Council Emerging Leader Fellowship. Cele is a member of the Australian Association for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, The Australasian Sleep Association and the International Pediatric Sleep Association.

Cele has over a decade of experience in developing and evaluating novel treatments to improve sleep and mental health; and has published more than 50 peer-reviewed publications and reports. Cele is experienced in treating sleep problems, like Insomnia and Circadian Rhythm Sleep-Wake Disorders, across the lifespan. However, she has a special interest in working with children, adolescents and young adults. Ultimately, through her research and clinical practice, Cele aims to optimise sleep and mental health in young people, to support them to reach their full potential.

Karen Smart

Provisional Psychologist

Karen is a Provisional Psychologist currently completing her Master of Clinical Psychology. She is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families, with a particular interest in neurodiversity, and emotional wellbeing. Karen is interested in supporting young people as they navigate the journey of discovering who they are and how they want to show up in the world. She brings warmth, curiosity, and a strengths-based approach to her work, drawing on experience from her postgraduate training, volunteer roles, and support work with individuals navigating ARFID, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and ADHD.

Karen enjoys creating safe, collaborative spaces where young people feel seen, heard, and empowered. Outside of work, she loves to travel, explore the outdoors, and take long walks with her spirited Kelpie. She is thrilled to be part of the Greenhouse Paediatrics team

Ciara-Lucy Forrest

Senior Speech Pathologist & Clinical Supervisor

Ciara-Lucy Forrest is a highly experienced senior speech pathologist with a passion for supporting individuals with complex communication, eating, drinking, and behavioural needs.  Ciara-Lucy offers clinical supervision to new and experienced clinicians, both online and in-person.

With a career spanning over 12 years, she has held key roles including Senior Speech Pathologist at Belong Health and the Autism Association, and P3 Speech Pathologist in the Northern Territory Department of Education.

She is also an Augmentative and Alternative Communication specialist (AAC) having worked as an AAC consultant at Liberator and other organisations supporting individuals with complex communication needs. Ciara-Lucy is dedicated to enhancing the participation and quality of life for individuals with communication needs. She brings her extensive experience to her private practice, Ciara-Lucy Forrest Therapy, where she continues to provide evidence-based interventions and clinical supervision to allied health professionals

Gracie Plant

RECEPTION

Gracie Plant is currently studying Biomedical Science at the University of Notre Dame, driven by a strong interest in health and science. Gracie spent part of her childhood in Hertfordshire England before settling in Western Australia, where she attended John XXIII College for high school. As the eldest of five daughters, Gracie brings a natural sense of responsibility and leadership to everything she does.

Outside of her studies, Gracie enjoys staying active through netball and running, and finds creative expression in painting and playing the piano. She also loves spending time with friends and travelling.

Megan Outtrim

PRACTICE MANAGER

Megan brings a diverse background with experience across government child development services in a medical receptionist capacity. She has also gained valuable skills through extensive roles in the hospitality and retail sectors.

Megan has studied, Sports Science and Sport Commerce, reflecting her strong interest in health and physical wellbeing. Outside of work, she is passionate about sports—particularly hockey—and enjoys travel, camping, and spending time outdoors, especially at the beach.

Jody French

PRACTICE MANAGER

Jody has a strong background in accounts and administration where she’s developed strong skills in organisation, problem solving and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Alongside that, she’s also had the privilege of working with adults and children with hearing loss, supporting them and their families to improve their quality of life.

She enjoys combining her attention to detail with a people focused approach, whether that’s managing numbers or making a difference in someone’s life.

Outside of work, you will often find her out walking and enjoying coffee with friends, or keeping up with the latest in motorsport.
